In your role as an Order Processing Coordinator, at Alaska Commercial Company (ACC), you process and follow up on orders received from stores and buyers for merchandise stocked or processed through the Warehouse.

Job Requirements

Your Role:

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction by providing information and assistance to stores;
  • Take store/buyer orders and answer store questions;
  • Input store order information into the computer system in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Communicate shipping information to stores, and acquire any additional information needed to process orders;
  • Assist Shipping/Receiving Coordinator in daily job duties as needed;
  • Generate picking lists and case labels for orders and dispatch to appropriate Distribution Center personnel;
  • Maintain files to accurately answer customers’ shipping information or tracking inquiries ;
  • Work with a team to detect delayed or missing orders and documents; and
  • Other duties as assigned by PNW Warehouse Manager.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience;
  • Good oral and written communications skills;
  • Good math skills and ability to perform operations using American currency and measurement units;
  • Carry out detailed written or oral instructions and deal with problems involving concrete variables in standardized situations;
  • Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pound
