 Your Role:

  • Support and resolve customer issues, including shipment tracking, credits, and product availability;
  • Resolves questions and discrepancies relating to order processing efficiently;
  • Compile, sort, and verify data to be entered, reviews error reports and enters corrections into computer system;
  • File source documents after entry and keep records of work completed;
  • Create and maintain items integrity, including both cost and pricing.;
  • Compile, sort and verify data provided by Logistics department;
  • Accountable for all aspects of order processing including order entry, vendor purchase order creation, receiving, and production of shipping document; and
  • Perform call center duties, tracking inventory, and support the PAW/SPAN team as required

Job Requirements

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Five years office experience, preferably in a retail or wholesale grocery environment;
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED);

          or equivalent combination of education and experience;

  • College or additional training preferred
  • Proficient computer skills and comfortable learning other computer programs/systems; and
  • Experience with inventory management and/or accounting preferred
