Overview:

We are looking for an individual with a passion for retail.  Your strong people skills in motivating, leading and engaging store associates will lead the store and team to success and bring our brand essence of FUN, SMART, SAVINGS to life!

Accountabilities:

  • Overseeing the day to day operations
  • Involved in buying, merchandising, and replenishment of product
  • Execution of the Giant Tiger system
  • Inventory management
  • Planning and set up of sales events
  • Store associate engagement

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3 years store management experience in retail 
  • Solid customer service skills
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills
  • Strong merchandising skills
  • Analytical skills which would lead to appropriate action and recommendations
  • Motivated and high energy with an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Actively involved and connected with the local communityThis position requires that you be available to work days, evenings and weekends.
